Anita’s yoga style is Goa flow; a free-style Vinyasa Flow Yoga class inspired by many other styles of yoga, as well as the cycles of the moon. Standing postures, seated postures, back bends, forward bends, twists, arm balances and inversions are all melded together into a vigorous workout helping you to align your self into true physical and mental balance.
In a noncompetitive environment Anita inspires everyone to grow and be happy in the now. The intention of the class is to allow you to experience and celebrate your body and beauty in that particular moment you are practicing asana (yoga postures). There is a lot of individual attention, a lot of sweat, a lot of breath (ahhh), a lot of connecting mind, body and spirit and the best thing of all; a lot of fun (if you allow yourself).Welcome!
