21 DAY YOGA & FITNESS CHALLENGE // Feb 2017

I am so excited to be hosting a 21 Day Yoga & Fitness Challenge, starting February 17, 2017.
The challenge is called 21 Days Of Limitless Possibilities Challenge. We will be exploring limitless possibilities of moving within our body, mind and spirit doing a combination of yoga flows and fitness routines of varying lengths.

    I started late – I just did day 1 yesterday – is it possible to get the emails I missed sent to me? Secondly, day 1 was the MOST FUN yoga practice I have done in a long time. I had such a blast and a big smile in my face, and I was a way nicer person when I was done.

      Hello Melanie – It’s never late. You can start whenever you want to and are ready. All the emails i sent out is basically in the blog post for the 21 day challenge. All the info is there. If you have any specific questions just send them along and i’ll answer them. Glad you had fun on day one and feel off to a fun start. xoxo
