Beginner Plus Practice 5

Hello Goa Flow-er — Welcome to Practice #5 of Beginner+.

This practice is all about balance.

If you have done every video of this series as well as Beginner 8 you will have noticed there are many ways to practice balance in yoga and Goa Flow. In this practice we are stretching our edge a bit further by finding balance in some new standing yoga poses, like Half Moon Pose, Rotated Half Moon pose and Warrior 3.

We work on keeping our hips levelled and stacked; all while breathing.  So much fun to explore ourselves with this whole repertoire of asanas, right?
