Anita will, as of late Nov/early Dec gradually roll out content in the online studio. It’s been a loooong time in the making. If you like Anita’s teaching style from her group yoga classes or through YouTube, then you’ll be very pleased with the focus and depth of the videos shared with you here.


Non of the content in the online studio will be shared on YouTube or anywhere else.


The practices will be available on-demand; single practices, bundles and courses.

The different practices are the various forms of Goa Flow.


Goa {yoga} Flow – dynamic yoga flow, creative sequencing, breath driven asana movement, mantra, mudra, pranayama, specific themes, yoga philosophy.


Goa {inner} Flow – restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation and contemplation practices


Goa {fit} Flow – fuses yoga asana and fitness into (what i’ve called for a decade) yoga inspired fitness. In these practices i offer my most effective sequencing of yoga asana and fitness exercises to keep body/mind/spirit fit at any age. The sequencing and intention for Goa {fit} Flow is different than Goa {yoga} Flow.


Goa {moon phase} Flow – first of its kind moon phase yoga program. This is program that takes you through specific yoga, fitness and wellBEing practices within the 8 phases of the moon. The practice series compliments Anita’s upcoming book Moon Phase Yoga (working title).
