THEME: ANXIETY, OVERWHELM, BRAIN FOG & MUSCLE ACHE
This 3 hours workshop is to support women in their 40s and 50s going through menopause. Menopause can be an empowering phase of a woman’s life, but many women feel isolated, alone, out of control; not knowing what to do; especially while experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, brain fog, poor focus, fatigue, insomnia and muscle stiffness.
Anita will share with you her own personal experience, a yoga practice and useful information to support you in managing these symptoms. The yoga practice and all the practices shared in this workshop are accessible to all women. You don’t have to be an experienced yoga practitioner.
Included in your investment are yoga video practices you can do on your own. They are not shared publicly on YouTube.
The aim of this workshop is to provide useful information, accessible tools and signposts to support you. We will talk about the stages of menopause, hormones, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and natural remedies, but also how yoga/meditation/breathing exercises can support you.
Anita’s aim is to create a safe space for us menopausal women to come together; share our experience(s), be heard and learn from each other. She wants you to leave feeling empowered and with a tool kit that you can use immediately.
3 hours might seems like a long time, but i promise you it will fly by.
