Many women go through menopause feeling alone, a loss of self and not knowing what to do. Having experienced this herself, Anita recently qualified as a Menopause Yoga Teacher to support women by sharing useful, accessible information that can support the menopause symptoms. Menopause can be an empowering phase of life when you know what to do.
Here is a video Anita shared on her YouTube channel where she explains the workshops more. Below you will find the various workshops Anita is offering at the moment. She will roll out more workshops in 2021 on weight gain and how to stay in shape in your 40s and 50s.
