Join me (Anita Goa) as i shows you how you can work with your energy during each moon phase. What yoga poses or fitness practices to focus on during each moon phase, so you work with your optimum energy, fitness and wellness to live your most productive and enriching life.

During the 29.5 day moon (lunar) phase we go through 8 distinct moon phases. Each moon phase offers a particular energy and focus. In this workshop Anita Goa will go through each of the 8 moon phase to make you aware of what they represent and how you might be affected by them. Some moon phases make us feel very energetic, other moon phases make us feel super lethargic.

During this workshop we’ll be experiencing The New Moon Phase, it’s the beginning of the Lunar Cycle and symbolizes a fresh start and intention. Anita will focus extra on this phase and show you how you can find or set your intention (depending on what you need). She will offer a grounding but invigorating New Moon Goa Flow Yoga Practice to tie it all together.

The workshop is a combination of lecture, contemplation/meditation and movement. You will leave with a little booklet that will help you track and explore your new journey with the moon (La Luna)
