My 4 TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR ENERGY

Goa Flow-er Emily Johnson asked me what i do to protect my energy when i feel overwhelmed or people drain my energy. In this WellBeing Wednesday video (below) i share 4 tips that help me a lot.

Briefly; the 4 tips are:
1. Feel the feelings
2. Prepare yourself. Remove yourself. Release yourself.
3. Set boundaries.

      Hello – It’s always lovely to hear that the videos help. Thank you for sharing. I don’t have a lot of crystals, but the ones i have are bought crystals at these places:
      londonastrology.com and buddhaonabicycle.com (both in Covent Garden).
      castlerockscornwall.etsy.com (i recently bought from this place, she has a lot of beautiful crystals, swift and great service).
      Another place i learned about recently, but haven’t visited yet: london-fossils-crystals.co.uk in Waterloo.
