26 May BEGINNER (+) Practice #2
Welcome to Beginner+ Practice #2. I hope you are enjoying this series.
In Practice #2 i offer you a 42 minute Total Body Goa Flow to open up your hips, and work a bit deeper into the abdominals and the Moon Saltations.
In the Beginner 8 series i used a lot of standing yoga poses to strengthen and balance your legs and to gradually open up your hips. In this Beginner+ series i am taking you on a deeper journey. So much fun, right?
Tune in, listen and act according to how you feel going through this flow. Remember that your yoga practice is a journey. It’s important you allow your body, mind and spirit to get used to this work; especially when it comes to the hips. Slow and steady wins the race.
Below you will find some of the yoga asanas we practice in this Practice #2 and the muscles involved (let me know if you enjoy this). I found these on Pinterest.
You will also find a link to the video on YouTube below the anatomy figures.
I would love to hear from you. Share how the practice and the series feels and how it might be helping you on the yoga mat and also off the yoga mat.
Love, Light & Eternal Flow,
Anita Goa 🙂
