morning meditation trust and confidence (1)

Self Confidence is essential in life and trust is at the foundation of gaining it.
You might feel you need to build more self-confidenece within you. Or maybe you are self-confident, but life has thrown you a few punches and you seem to have lost touch with it. It can happen to be best of us.

Not to worry.
No matter the reason; we have yoga, mudras and meditations for those times!

In this video i share (below), i offer a beautiful 9 minute Mudra Meditation for Self-Confidence and Trust. It’s great to do in the morning to set you off for your day. The more you practice; the more you connect and organically build it within you.

The Mudra i offer in this meditation is called; The Unshakeable Trust Mudra, or in Sanskrit: Virja Pradama Mudra.

Virja means diamond, or thunder bolt and will bust through any self-doubt you might have.
Pradama means trust and/or self-confidence.
Mudra means ‘seal’ – it’s an energy seal with a specific intention; and this one is for building trust and self-confidence within you.

I invite you to repeat this Affirmation 3x:

I am confident; because i trust in myself.
I am fully supported.

[Even if you don’t believe it at first, repeat and practice until you find yourself believing it].

You can do this meditation first thing when you wake up. No need to even get out of bed. Pick up your phone, tune in and listen to the instructions. After the initial intro, it’s 9 minutes of investing in yourself. So worth it.

Give it a go{a} and let me know how it sets you up for your day.

Sending much trust and self-confidence your way.
