My WellBeing Corner + Altar Meditation Table

Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset

Hello Goa Flow-er(s)

In this WellBeing Wednesday blog post and YouTube video (below) i share with you what i call my WellBeing Corner and Altar. It’s not big, but it’s a space that means the world to me. I believe it’s important to surround yourself with things that hold meaning to you, things that inspire and motivate you to stay connected to your intention.

Home, physical space, altars will mean different things to different people. I don’t follow any rules, other than that my space and what i surround myself with has to feed my Prana (Life Force). My home is my sanctuary and it’s a huge part of my mental, physical and spiritual health and well-being.

I hope that this post and the YouTube video will inspire you in some way. Maybe you already have a wellness space and altar in your home, or maybe you’ve been thinking about creating one for a while. If that is the case, get going and create one for yourself.

Remember, your wellbeing space and altar doesn’t have to be big. Start with what you have and grow from there.

Even, if you create a little mobile (moveable) altar to place in front of your yoga mat; that’s perfect too.
What’s important is the intention behind it that matters. It has to feed your soul, so your Prana can help feed your life and any project you’re working on.

My altar has changed since i started, and it keeps changing as i grow, according to my mood and the season. This is what i currently have in my space and on my altar; and what i share in the video:

A plant
Photos / Images
Himalayan Salt lamp
MamaMoon Candles
Tarot cards The Wild Unknown & The Wild Wood Tarot
Incense I love the brand Nitiraj  and my favourites scents are Black champa; Meditation & Green Champa; Balance.
Gratitude Journal The 5 minute journal
Sandal wood beads for Japa meditation

Thank you so much for reading and for your interest. Here is the video. Enjoy and let me know if it inspires. Share photos of your space/altar and tag me on Facebook or Instagram. I would love to be a part of your wellbeing space and altar.

Love & Light,
Anita Goa 🙂

Unfortunately i can’t remember where i got it. I have had it for probably 15-20 years and got it while living in NYC. I can’t remember where i bought it. Sorry. My memory fails me on this one.
