yoga to thrive thumbnail

It’s been a while since i’ve offered an intermediate flow. Finally here it is; and the theme for this 52 minute practice is yoga for thriving on and off the yoga mat.

What does it mean to thrive?
According to the dictionary ‘thrive’ means to prosper, flourish, grow vigorously, develop well, bloom, blossom, do well, make strides, succeed.

How are you thriving?
Are there some areas you are thriving in, and other areas you just surviving in?

I find that to be the case in my own life. This flow is designed to encourage you to look at the area(s) you could thrive more in and start making small shifts in that direction.

We use backward bends to open ourselves up to our potential, forward bends to let go of what no longer is needed and twists to make more space.

I hope it will help you shine light on what you need to do to thrive more.

If you liked the THRIVE POSTER i shared in this video, click here. It’s available as a pdf download. I love it, as it inspires and reminds me everyday.

Below you will find a few illustrations i found on Pinterest showing the muscles involved in some of the yoga poses in this Thrive flow. Also you will find the link to the video on YouTube. Please make sure you are subscribed to my YouTube channel to support me so i can thrive doing and sharing what i love; and in return it hopefully inspires you to thrive as well.

Happy Practice.
I would love to hear what inspired you and how the flow feels on your mind, body and spirit.

Love, Light & Eternal Flow ,
Anita Goa 🙂
